The location rocked. It's super close to the beach, bars, and shops. breakfast? epic. so much choice and the food was great quality. the pool zone was always clean with a ton of sunbeds, so i always snagged a spot. plus, the whole hotel? felt super modern and clean. It just felt awesome.
the check-in wasn't smooth, and i seemed like a total bother. the receptionist was super busy, which ok, but she barely even looked at us. and breakfast, man, it sucked! the sausages looked straight up raw.

the staff here is super helpful and friendly; seriously, they go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and i loved to see that. i think they made our stay so special, it was amazing.

i stayed in this three hotel resort. i doubt i'll be returning due to the noise levels. the hotel plays nightclub volume music during daytime activities. i found it impossible to relax by the pool.

I found the location excellent, near the beach. The room was clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. It ensured restful nights. I especially enjoyed having a private terrace attached to the room. It offered a nice personal space. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. They created a cute atmosphere. I found the selection at breakfast generous, catering to many tastes. There were options available to satisfy every appetite. I was pleased with the overall cleanliness. The room was well kept, and housekeeping did a thorough job each day. I found customer service improved, especially at reception. Ana was particularly helpful, efficient, and dedicated.
I noticed tourists often reserved sunbeds, leaving them unoccupied for extended periods. The hotel addressed this issue with notes but could monitor this better. It would be helpful if staff actively prevented reserving beds, especially early in the day.

the reception was really helpful, and ana helped with all our questions. our room, a sol room pool view, had everything we needed like a fridge and hairdryer. the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
i found the absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room quite inconvenient. not even bottled water was provided, disappointing.
